PUIG III, Onelio "Neal" - age 51 of Dayton, Ohio passed away July 4th, 2021. He is survived by wife of 32 yrs Lisa Puig (nee Williams); daughter LeVeda C. Puig -age 31; son Onelio J. Puig -age 29; daughter Dejanee Isaac; son Aaron C Puig -age 26; step daughter LaShonda Williams -age 38; grandchildren Raegan E. and Onelio J Puig Jr. brother Vincent J. "Vince" Puig LeVeda Williams-Puig of Florida; brother James S. "Lil Jimmy" Pivacek of Tennessee; brother James T. "Teddy" Pivacek of Tennessee; as well as lots of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents Onelio Puig Jr. & Judith C Hastings-Pivacek, as well as step father James "Barefoot Jim" Pivacek Sr. Private services will be scheduled at the convenience of the family.
