Lewis, Joe Brown age 64 of Dayton, passed away Friday, April 22, 2011. Joe retired from Kettering Moving & Storage Co. He was preceded in death by his brothers Dave, Jack & Gus Lewis & a sister Pauline Sturgis. He is survived by daughters Angela Jean (Robert) Abate & Jodie Lynn (Tommy) Bowen (Jo Jo Gun), sisters Shirley (Archie) McCarthy, Barbara (Joe) Mullins & Carolyn Lewis, brother Gene Lewis, 6 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren, sister in law Joyce Lewis & his care giver Sue, numerous other relatives & friends and his beloved cat Monty. Joe was an avid sports & classic movie fan. Family will receive friends Monday, April 25, 2011 from 6 to 8 PM with funeral services Tuesday at 10:30 AM from the Schlientz & Moore Funeral Home, 1632 Wayne Ave. Burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
