Gunner Dale Smith Obituary (2018 - 2021)

Gunner Dale Smith, age 3, of Fairborn passed away surrounded by loved ones on Monday morning, September 6, 2021, after a battle with cancer. Gunner was born on Monday, January 8, 2018 to proud and loving parents, Brittany and Rusty Smith. Gunner was loving, adventurous, and happy child. He loved to play and spend time with his family. Even during his illness he continuously brought joy and happiness to everyone he was around. Gunner was a small you man who leaves a big impact for all who knew him. Gunner was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Gene Duncan and Rusty Smith. He leaves to cherish his memory, loving parents, Brittany and Rusty; sisters Brieanna and Piper Ann; maternal grandparents Tiffany and Bob Olander; paternal grandparents Barbara and Bob Quatman; paternal grandmother Mamaw Jo; aunts Bobbie Leigh, Kelsie, Jessica, Robin, Kim, and Tanya; uncles Kevin, Donnie, and Levi; cousins Little Donnie, Tara, Axel Lee, Ashley, Cheyenne, Colton, Leya, and Colette; and many other loving relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 5pm - 8pm at Schlientz and Moore Funeral Home.
