Age 93, of Miamisburg passed away on Friday, July 13, 2018. Darrell, along with his father, founded A. E. Fickert and Son in 1951. He loved to spend time with his family and friends at his summer home in Indian Lake, playing cards, swinging on the porch and having fun. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandy in 2013. Darrell is survived by his children Rob (Lissa) Fickert, Keith (Shawn) Fickert, and Kim; grandchildren, Ryan (Kristin) Fickert, Andy Fickert, Sean Fickert, Cole Fickert, Michael (Misty) Logan and Kyle (Amanda) Rockhold; and great grandchildren Hudson Fickert, Emmett Fickert, Porter Fickert, Austin Glass-Flory, Carlee Logan, Skylynn Rockhold and Kai Rockhold.
